About the Role: As we continue the hyper-growth mode, we have several projects, strategic initiatives and mundane tasks that don't fall into any bucket - from A/B testing a new idea, to building a new team, to figuring out answers to difficult questions. This highly critical role is ideal for a motivated individual who is looking to get a broad perspective of all that it takes to run a startup. The individual should be able to hustle, deal with ambiguity, roll up their sleeves to get stuff done no matter how trivial a task, have attention to detail and think on first principles. Driving strategic thinking on what should be the path of the company across different segments Assist with periodic business reviews Help drive strategic internal and external projects Build, deploy and leave Order swags for new joiners (not really but you get the gist). About You: Strong problem solver and structured thinker Prior consulting, and strategy experience with a top-tier consulting firm for 2-3 years Comfortable with ambiguity.
