About Amplifier

Amplifier Health is building the frontier of clinical voice AI. We are developing foundational models (like Sona-2) that extract deep, actionable health biomarkers from human speech. We just completed our self-serve API, and we are moving into a massive Product-Led Growth (PLG) sprint targeting digital health platforms, developers, and specialized clinics.

We don't need a traditional performance marketer who manually manages ad budgets and clicks buttons in campaign managers. We need a builder to construct the machine that clicks the buttons.

The Role

This role has real autonomy and requires real conviction. Your job is to take our PLG motion from "manual" to "agent-operated"—building fleets of AI agents that autonomously execute, optimize, and scale our developer and clinical marketing workflows around the clock.

This is a zero-to-one builder role. You will not be managing external marketing agencies. You will be prompting models, wiring up APIs, and constructing the autonomous systems that drive our self-serve API adoption.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build the Marketing Machine: Build AI workflows from scratch that autonomously run growth: technical content generation, campaign launches, developer outreach, paid channel optimization (Google/Meta/LinkedIn), and creative A/B testing.
  • Deconstruct the Funnel: Break down API adoption workflows into the pieces agents actually need: skills, tools, evals, guardrails, memory, and feedback loops.
  • Design Self-Improving Loops: Agents should monitor their own outputs (e.g., API signups, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS), learn from outcomes, and get sharper over time. The bar: it works at 3am on a Sunday and is better by Monday.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Own everything from identifying which PLG workflows to automate, to prototyping, to production deployment, to monitoring.
The Culture & Expectations

We need to be radically transparent: this is not a lifestyle business, and this is not a standard 9-to-5.

  • In-Person Hustle: We are building this on the floor, cross-functionally, at rapid speed. We strongly prefer candidates who are in SF and want to be in the trenches with the founders.
  • The 24-Month Sprint: We are in a dead sprint toward our Series A. We expect a "fire in the belly" mentality, which translates to the 60-70 hour weeks necessary to build something massive from scratch.
  • Founder Mentality: You will be compensated with heavy, founder-aligned equity because we expect you to treat the company's cash runway and enterprise value as if it were your own.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

The Must-Haves (Non-Negotiables):

  • Performance Marketing DNA: This is your core. You deeply understand B2B SaaS growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates). You know how traditional paid media, funnels, and SEO work. If you don't understand the underlying marketing mechanics, you can't automate them.
  • Technical Fluency & System Thinking: You must be a highly technical builder. You know your way around webhooks, JSON, and APIs (OpenAI, Meta, Google Ads, Stripe). You naturally think in IF/THEN automation logic (Make.com, Zapier, etc.).
  • Extreme Ownership: You thrive in ambiguity, execute with imperfect information, and don't need a massive team or a 6-month roadmap to ship.

The Nice-to-Haves (Where you can grow): (We know the agentic space is bleeding-edge. If you don't have all of these yet, you must have the hunger to learn them rapidly on the job).

  • AI-Assisted Coding: You use tools like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to write the Python or JavaScript code you need to push past the limitations of no-code tools.
  • Agentic Architecture Experience: You have hands-on experience building with modern LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, etc.) and understand tool-use, RAG, and prompt engineering.
  • Evaluation Frameworks: Experience building automated evals to catch regressions and measure agent quality before things break in production.
