Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) | Dublin

We’ve built a powerful, intuitive platform that helps brands and IP owners detect, verify, and enforce against online infringement - and now, we’re scaling fast. With a proven product, growing customer base, and fresh leadership, we’re building the go-to-market team that will define our next stage of growth.

This is your chance to become the first BDR hire - the one who sets the tone, helps shape the playbook, and has a genuine impact on where the business goes next.

  • You’ll work directly with the founder, a seasoned AE, and an experienced SaaS sales leader.

  • You’ll have a clear path to progress into an Account Executive role.

  • You’ll be part of an in-person, collaborative team in Dublin that’s building something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate discovery calls and opportunities for the sales team.

  • Execute and refine outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn.

  • Lead by example and set the standard for future BDRs.

  • Continuously optimise prospecting strategies and messaging.

  • Collaborate with leadership to shape the sales culture and processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6-18 months of outbound BDR/SDR experience.

  • Proven record of exceeding targets.

  • Confident, fearless cold caller with a strong hunter mindset.

  • Experience in startups or fast-paced SaaS environments.

  • Organised, process-driven, and creative in your approach to outreach.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in eCommerce or brand protection.

  • Legal or IP background.
