This Dublin-based startup is building the modern workspace for multifamily and residential property operators — a system that centralizes contracts, compliance, and spend visibility to help asset owners protect margins and make faster, data-driven decisions.

The company recently closed an oversubscribed angel round backed by a network of founders with multiple nine-figure exits. They’re already working with major property managers across Ireland and the UK and are now expanding into the US with some of the largest real estate funds in the world.

The Opportunity

As the Founding Engineer, you’ll help define and build the company’s core platform from the ground up. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders to design scalable systems, shape the technical roadmap, and deliver features that have an immediate, measurable impact for customers.

You’ll work across the stack — developing APIs, architecting backend systems, and crafting intuitive user experiences — while laying the foundations for an engineering culture focused on speed, reliability, and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of experience in full-stack or backend development
• Strong proficiency with Node.js and modern web frameworks (e.g., Nuxt, Next.js)
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Strong testing and debugging mindset with exposure to modern tools and frameworks
• Comfortable taking ownership and shipping quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with containerized deployment (Docker, AWS)
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern development workflows
• Curiosity about how AI and automation can reshape complex workflows
