What You'll Be Doing:
We make aluminum parts that go all over the country. Every day is different, and every job matters. We provide cross-training so you gain experience in every part of the metallurgical process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Willingness to work hard and learn something new
• Positive attitude and the ability to take feedback
• No drama, no excuses, no coasting

What You’ll Get:

• A four-day workweek (yep, three-day weekends!)
• Monday–Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Starting pay of $17–$20/hour
