This position will require the following skills (and/or the ability to learn them):
- Accurately measure products in process of production as well as end products.
- Use calibrated equipment; effective use of a caliper and other precision equipment
- Manipulate hand tools including wire cutters, strippers, basic soldering equipment,
- Effective use of wire handling equipment and machinery as well as electrical testing
- Compliance with all Minnesota Wire Policies and regulations, i.e. ISO (International
This is an entry level position that requires no previous experience as we will train the right candidate!
A high school diploma or equivalent skills and abilities
