Tecon Contracting Inc. specializes in agricultural and commercial construction and is looking for experienced, dependable crew members to join our construction team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, work safely, and show up ready to contribute, we want to hear from you.

Positions Available

· Concrete Finishers – place, level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces to specification using hand and power tools.

· Framers – build, install, and align wood or metal framing for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

· Form Workers – build, set, brace, and strip concrete forms for footings, walls, slabs, and other structural work.

Key Responsibilities

· Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and site instructions.

· Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately.

· Set forms, check grades, and prepare work areas for pours and framing work.

· Place, finish, cure, repair, or strip concrete as required.

· Work closely with supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

· Previous experience in concrete finishing, framing, or form work.

· Ability to read plans and work from measurements and layout.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

· Physically capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in outdoor conditions.

· Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred.

· Working at Heights, WHMIS, or other safety certifications are considered an asset.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
