Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framing Specialist to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings, ensuring precision and safety at every step. Your expertise in metal building erection, wood framing, and concrete forming will be essential in delivering high-quality projects on time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your hands-on skills to bring architectural visions to life with efficiency and craftsmanship.

Duties

• Erect metal buildings and install framing components according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Perform concrete forming tasks, including setting up forms and reinforcing structures with rebar installation
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
• Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively on-site
• Install framing elements such as wood studs, metal studs, trim carpentry, siding, stucco, and roofing components
• Execute masonry work, plastering, and restoration tasks as needed to ensure structural integrity
• Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Proven experience in metal building erection, frame carpentry, and concrete forming on commercial or residential sites
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety standards
• Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry techniques, welding, and roofing
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and woodworking machinery
• Physical ability for heavy lifting, working at heights, bending, climbing ladders/scaffolding regularly
• Prior construction site experience with a focus on framing or related trades is highly desirable
