- Experience leading and building teams
- Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
- Adherence to provincial Occupational Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines
- Adherence to brand standards
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail environment
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Employment credit and background check required
- An initial significant investment will be required as a Franchise Owner/Operator. This will be discussed and disclosed to the successful candidate.
