ABOUT THE TEAM
Join our team dedicated to proactively detecting and preventing fraud. We strive for excellence through daily transaction monitoring, promptly reporting suspicious activities to merchants, implementing effective counteractions based on fraud patterns, and continuously refining our processes. By ensuring the safety and integrity of our business, we maintain high-performance standards across all channels and merchant segments.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Process confidential correspondence like letters from lawyers, customers, letters of insolvency and police inquiries
- Play a driving role in the development of projects and initiatives within the process improvement
- Establish yourself as a contact for dealer or customer complaints
- Identify and analyze new fraud patterns and report your findings to the risk management while closely working together
- Elaboration of countermeasures that tackle the detected fraud schemes in cooperation with the Risk Management
- Elaborate improvements for the risk management software
What you need to be successful in this role:
- You are currently studying with a focus on Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics or Law or are searching for a part-time job
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- You do not hesitate to proactively approach open tasks
- You are a team player who can also function while working on your own Fluent in English, German is a plus
Nice to have:
- First experience in fraud prevention and protecting customers from fraud
- Background/experiences in the Payment/Banking industry
