About the Role

Do you love Napoli and enjoy sharing its culture, history, and hidden gems with travelers? Guydeez is looking for passionate locals to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups. No professional guide license is required — just enthusiasm, local knowledge, and a friendly personality!

Responsibilities

• Lead private walking tours showcasing Napoli’s landmarks, neighborhoods, and hidden gems (3–8 hours)
• Customize tours to match guests’ interests, pace, and preferences
• Share engaging stories, cultural insights, and personal recommendations
• Provide a warm, professional, and memorable experience
• Optionally host food-focused or culinary tours

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Napoli’s history, culture, and main attractions
• Fluent in at least one language: Italian, French, Spanish, German, English, Chinese, or Portuguese
• Friendly, confident, and approachable with small groups
• Comfortable leading tours lasting 3–8 hours
• Bonus: passion for gastronomy
• Prior guiding or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required
