Responsibilities

• Capture stunning photographs and videos for a variety of projects, including events, campaigns, editorial shoots, and social media content
• Edit and manipulate images using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance visual impact
• Manage color accuracy and consistency across all visual assets through expert color management techniques
• Film high-quality footage for promotional videos, interviews, or storytelling purposes using videography tools like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro
• Conduct post-production editing, including photo retouching, video editing, sound syncing, and color grading to ensure polished final products
• Collaborate with art directors, clients, or marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver visuals that meet expectations
• Maintain organized workflows for shooting schedules, editing timelines, and asset management to ensure timely delivery of content
• Stay updated on current photography trends, lighting techniques, and emerging technology to continually elevate your craft

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional photography and videography with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Solid understanding of color theory and color management principles for accurate image reproduction
• Skilled in photo editing, photo manipulation, art direction, filming techniques, and post-production workflows
• Familiarity with social media management strategies to optimize content for various platforms
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of journalism principles is a plus for storytelling projects
