Guydeez is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable locals in Bonn to lead private and personalized walking tours for small groups of travelers. You don’t need to be a certified guide—just someone who knows Bonn well and enjoys sharing it with others in a friendly and engaging way.

Position Overview

• Job Title: Freelance Tour Guide
• Location: Bonn (in person)
• Contract Type: Freelance
• Pay: Fixed rate of 120€ per day, with bonus opportunities
• Schedule: Flexible – you choose your working days
• Start Date: Ongoing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, custom walking tours highlighting Bonn’s culture, history, and hidden gems
• Share personal stories, local recommendations, and cultural insights
• Adjust each experience based on the interests and energy of your group
• Communicate clearly and confidently in at least one language
• Create welcoming and memorable experiences for international guests

Requirements

• Strong local knowledge of Bonn’s landmarks, neighborhoods, and heritage
• Fluency in at least one of the following: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, or Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys meeting people and creating meaningful experiences
• Ability to host tours lasting from 3 to 8 hours
• Previous guiding experience is a plus but not required
