Job Summary

We are seeking a Freight Broker Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the US logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freight brokerage, carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, load management, and customer communication. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard reliable carriers for customer freight.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates while maintaining profitability.
• Manage loads from pickup through delivery, ensuring timely execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
• Coordinate with shippers, dispatchers, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any transit issues.
• Maintain accurate records in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and load boards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in US freight brokerage or third-party logistics (3PL).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and CRM software.
• Knowledge of US trucking operations, freight lanes, and carrier compliance.
• Strong sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and performance) plus lucrative incentives.
