We are hiring Freight Brokers / International Sales Professionals to join our growing US Logistics team. The role focuses on shipper acquisition, freight sales, and end-to-end load management in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through outbound calls to US shippers
• Build and manage a shipper/customer portfolio
• Negotiate freight rates and close deals
• Coordinate with carriers for load booking and coverage
• Manage pricing, margins, and shipment execution
• Maintain follow-ups and sales pipeline

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in US freight brokerage / logistics OR

International Sales / B2B Sales / International Voice Process

• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone)
• Target-driven and comfortable with outbound sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
