Two years of rapid career progression

Our trainee program is tailored to kick-start your career and future opportunities for a rewarding international career in freight forwarding and useful skills valued in many different functions in logistics, transport and supply chain industry.

During the two years program there will be seven weeks of schooling, which will be a combination of physical classroom training in Denmark at the Blue Water Academy and online training from home. The program will give you the opportunity to connect solid practical experience in the office with theoretical knowledge. All teaching will be in English.

We are looking for motivated and curious individuals who are ready to learn and take responsibility. You do not need prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics — we will provide the training and support needed to succeed.

Ideally, you:

• Have completed a high school diploma or equivalent education
• Are fluent in spoken and written English
• Are comfortable working with digital systems and administrative tasks
• Approach new challenges with curiosity and a positive mindset
