Job Title: French Voice Process – Blended Profile (French & English)

Job Description: We are hiring candidates for a French Voice Process – Blended Profile. Candidates must have strong French and English communication skills and be comfortable working in a rotational-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through voice and other support channels.

*Communicate professionally with customers in French and English.

*Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.

* Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum **6 months of BPO experience.

*Valid C1 French language proficiency certificate is mandatory.

* Strong communication skills in French and English.

* Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

* Immediate joiners only.

*Job Details:

Process: French & English Blended Process Working Days: 5 days a week.

Shifts:Rotational shifts

*Week-Offs: Rotational

Transportation: Both-side cab facility.

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA.

Joining: Immediate
