We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fresh Food Advisor to oversee and support our group of deli operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily deli operations across multiple locations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
- Support staff training and development
- Maintain compliance with all food safety regulations
- Drive sales through innovation and product development
Requirements:
- Minimum HACCP Level 3 certification (essential)
- Minimum 5 yrs deli exp including 2 yrs deli manager
- Proven experience in deli or fresh food management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
- Ability to work across multiple sites
