We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fresh Food Advisor to oversee and support our group of deli operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily deli operations across multiple locations
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
• Support staff training and development
• Maintain compliance with all food safety regulations
• Drive sales through innovation and product development

Requirements:

• Minimum HACCP Level 3 certification (essential)
• Minimum 5 yrs deli exp including 2 yrs deli manager
• Proven experience in deli or fresh food management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
• Ability to work across multiple sites
