We are hiring Fresh Food Supervisor fod our new fresh concept.
The fresh food Supervisor will manage daily operations of fresh food department, focusing on quality standards, food safety (HACCP), and team leadership. Key responsibilities include staffing schedules, stock ordering, waste management, and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Operations & Standards:Ensure HACCP compliance, food hygiene, and high quality/presentation standards.
- Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and schedule staff in fresh food areas.
- Inventory & Profitability:Manage stock orders, control inventory, and minimize wastage.
- Customer Service:Maintain clean, stocked, and appealing displays while addressing customer needs. Indeed +7
Common Job Requirements
- Experience:1–2+ years in a supervisory role in retail, deli, catering, or supermarket environments.
- Skills:Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP), merchandising, and team management.
- Attributes:Passion for food, excellent communication, and ability to work in high-volume settings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.50-€17.20 per hour
