Job Title: Female Receptionist
Location: Patuli, Gariahat, Kolkata
Job Description:
We are looking for a presentable and courteous Female Receptionist to manage the front desk at our office located in Patuli, Gariahat, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned person
Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area
Assist with basic office administrative tasks
Receive and distribute couriers and documents
Provide basic information to clients and visitors
Requirements:
Female candidate only
Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, email)
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Prior experience as a receptionist is an added advantage
Working Hours:
Full-time (details to be discussed during interview)
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹10,000 per month
Friendly work environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gariahat, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
