Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and chat messages to provide clear information about company products, policies, and services.
Process sales orders, cancellations, exchanges, refunds, and updates to customer profiles within CRM or enterprise software.
Take ownership of customer issues, listen actively with empathy, and deliver practical solutions.
Transfer complex technical, financial, or policy-violating problems to senior staff, supervisors, or specialized internal departments.
Log detailed notes of customer contacts, transactions, comments, and troubleshooting steps into database or CRM systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
