We are looking for freshers (18+) who are eager to start their career in the US Medicare(Healthcare) Voice Process. If you have excellent communication skills in English and are willing to work in a dynamic international BPO environment, this opportunity is for you.

South Kolkata | US Night Shift | Full-Time

Role Overview

• Handle outbound calls for US Medicare customers
• Assist with basic healthcare/medicare-related queries
• Gather and provide accurate information with proper communication
• Maintain quality and compliance during calls

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: HS / ISC (12th Pass)
• Age: 18 years and above
• Should be street-smart and a multitasker
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Must have a good sales pitch and convincing skills
• Comfortable working in US night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
