Duties

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally.
• Manage cashier responsibilities, including processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and dining areas following food safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices.
• Work efficiently within a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with food preparation, cashiering, and POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and basic math for cash handling.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
