GCL Diesel has been building customer relationships for 50 years. Since our inception in 1972, GCL has grown from one man’s vision to one of North America’s premier diesel service companies, employing over 60 people in our 36,000 square foot Edmonton facility.

We have built our business by servicing all diesel applications and focusing on customer service.

As a Front Counterperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers coming in for a visit to our location.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service from start to finish for customers

- Taking ownership of customer requests, accessing information from other team members as needed.

- Perform intake procedures for incoming goods for Service

- Process and release goods from parts and service departments to front counter customers

- Work closely alongside CSR advisors to ensure a successful customer experience

- Other duties as required

Skills:

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors

- Ability to lift 60LB

- Parts and Service experience is an asset but is not required

We provide ongoing product knowledge and safety related training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
