Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and ensuring a positive experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently by phone and email using our ERP system.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Managing Return Authorization (RA) requests and coordinating returns.
• Resolving customer concerns and providing timely, professional solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.
• Developing product knowledge to better assist customers with their needs.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Comfort working with computers and learning new software systems.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required.
