Posh Burger is a premium smash burger takeaway based in Blackrock, Cork. We focus on quality, speed, and customer experience, delivering restaurant level food in a fast-paced takeaway environment.

We’re building a strong local team and looking for energetic, reliable Counter Staff to join us.

The Role

As a Counter Team Member, you’ll be the face of Posh Burger.

You’ll handle:

• Taking customer orders (in-store and via online platforms)
• Managing online order tablets
• Handling payments and cash balancing
• Bagging and checking orders accurately
• Acting as expediter during busy periods (final order checks before handover)
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Keeping the front counter clean and organised

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail (accuracy is critical)
• Available evenings and weekends
• Previous takeaway / café / retail experience is a bonus — but not essential
