Posh Burger is a premium smash burger takeaway based in Blackrock, Cork. We focus on quality, speed, and customer experience, delivering restaurant level food in a fast-paced takeaway environment.
We’re building a strong local team and looking for energetic, reliable Counter Staff to join us.
The Role
As a Counter Team Member, you’ll be the face of Posh Burger.
You’ll handle:
- Taking customer orders (in-store and via online platforms)
- Managing online order tablets
- Handling payments and cash balancing
- Bagging and checking orders accurately
- Acting as expediter during busy periods (final order checks before handover)
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Keeping the front counter clean and organised
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail (accuracy is critical)
- Available evenings and weekends
- Previous takeaway / café / retail experience is a bonus — but not essential
