*Front Desk Executive* with *1+ year of work experience* required in a *listed manufacturing organisation* located at *Navi Mumbai (nearby Juinagar station)*
*Freshers can also apply*
JD:
* *Receive, log, and distribute incoming shipments promptly; coordinate secure packaging, labeling, and dispatch of outgoing shipments* ; track deliveries and maintain complete records
* *Accurately track employee attendance,* resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports as needed
* *Welcome visitors, issue passes, inform staff* , and ensure security procedures are followed
* *Answer calls professionally,* direct them appropriately, relay messages, and keep contact details updated
* *Organize and maintain files, handle scanning, shredding, and archiving, and keep records up to date*
* Enter and update data accurately, and perform routine checks to ensure data quality
* *Assist with scheduling, travel bookings, and keeping office supplies stocked* for smooth operations
*2nd & 4th Sat off*
Salary up to *Rs 17,000 per month* (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
