- Check patients in and out
- Update patient demographics
- Schedule patient appointments
- Scan documents into patient EHR
- Enter patient data into patient EHR
- Collect patient payments
- Assist with obtaining insurance referrals
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Balance charges/payments a the end of each day
- Prepare deposit envelopes
- Open all mail received and sort appropriately
- Maintain work area and lobby in neat and orderly fashion
- Obtain medical records for new patient appointments
- Comply with HIPAA standard
- Translate for Spanish Speaking patients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
