Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information about the hotel, taking reservations, and handling check-ins and check-outs. This position requires excellent customer service skills, an ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and have a positive attitude. We are looking for a flexible person that can fill in for any shift! Morning, evening or overnight!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about the hotel and its services.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Process payments and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure all guest requests are met in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Gap, PA 17527 (Required)

Work Location: In person
