Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, showcasing professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with check-out process efficiently
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Proficiency in multilingual or bilingual communication is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality management
- Ability to perform night audit duties is advantageous
- Familiarity with guest services and hotel management practices
