PAY:

*$9.00-$9.50 starting rate (or based on experience)

HOURS:

*1st shift (7am-3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)...more 2nd shift

*Must be available weekends and holidays

*Remain flexible and willing to work in other areas of the hotel as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

*Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for guests while ensuring proper check in

*Verify and collect payments and ensure all procedures are followed

*Promote the Best Western Rewards loyalty program

*Answering multi-line telephones

*Complete shift checklists

*Laundry and cleaning

*Responding to customer complaints with professionalism

*Remain flexible with scheduling

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

*High school diploma or equivalent required.

*Must be able to fluently speak, read, write and understand English

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

*Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
