Duties and responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and manage arrivals/departures according to Hilton standards.
Handle reservations, changes and special requests efficiently. (by telephone or walk-in)
Inform guests about hotel policies and ensure their satisfaction.
Carry out all tasks listed on the checklist (Knowledge of VIPs of the day, groups and events of the day)
Carry out system updates and any other tasks related to the position.
