Description
Scurri optimises the ordering, shipping and delivery processes for a growing list of online retailers and distribution companies. We make it easier for well known brands to ship their goods around the world.
We're currently hiring for a 'Front Desk Associate' that will set the stage for our customer’s, visitor's and guest's experience of Scurri. As the first point of contact in our HQ building, the role holder will provide administrative and communication support to the overall business and undertake a variety of commercial projects and tasks for different departments.
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a knowledge and competency across the business that may equip them to fill a future internal vacancy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Owning all aspects of 'front of house' including guest relations / visitor records / health and safety / building security
- General telephony enquiries
- Delivery and mail management
- Supporting the Office Manager (including travel booking and supplier relations)
- Coordination of regular facilities maintenance
- Coordination of on site company events
- Supporting business projects and tasks including but not limited to:
- Data cleansing for Marketing
- Customer Success or Technical Support projects for Operations
- CRM hygiene projects for Sales
- Recruitment coordination for the People Team
- Social Media content creation business-wide
- Taking responsibility for tasks that align with qualification or interest once a level of competence has been attained.
It is anticipated that applicants can demonstrate the following skills, experience or capability:
- Overwhelming desire to develop a career within a commercial tech environment.
- Outstanding communication skills (face to face, written word and on the telephone) and confidence.
- Business etiquette coupled with a professional and engaging demeanour.
- Excellent organisational capabilities with the ability to multi-task and prioritise demands.
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) skills.
- Experience in analysing data, writing reports and presentations would be advantageous.
- Third level qualification or a drive to achieve such.
- Flexibility and a constant desire to add value.
- Driving licence

This role is
