Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the spa. Offer them restroom and water.
- Check-in and check-out guests using the spa's booking system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about services, and local attractions and restaurants.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with laundry, dishes, and other areas.
- Train on foot detoxes
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
