WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Seeking outgoing, personable, sales-oriented individuals for our Part-Time role at The Lash Lounge Crown Point as our Salon Concierge!

This is a sales position! Your focus will be on converting potential customers into clients, selling memberships (which saves our guests so much money!), and providing an excellent customer service experience for all guests.

Schedule: Mondays 1:00pm-7:00pm, Thursdays 1:00pm-7:00pm, Every Other Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm, set schedule. As needed to cover vacations and illnesses.

Responsibilities:
-Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer service experience

- Meet and exceed guest membership and scheduling targets

-Consult with guests on key benefits of services, memberships, and retail products

-Coordinate appointment scheduling, communicating confidently via phone, text, and email

-Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Requirements:
- Prior customer service or membership sales preferred, but not necessary

-Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

-Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, and email) with a customer service attitude

- An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances

- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities

- Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems

- Reliable transportation

- Presents as professional, confident and approachable

-Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus!
