- Check-in and check-out: Registering guests, assigning rooms, and collecting documents
- Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of reservations, occupancy, and payments
- Communication: Handling phone calls, messages, and emails
- Coordination: Working with other departments to provide guest services
- Administrative tasks: Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and meeting minutes
- Proficiency in wincloud PMS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
