Tailor Your Resume for this Job

Not Everyone Belongs Here.

We're looking for the kind of person who notices what needs to be done before anyone asks.

The person who refuses to let a patient wait because "someone else will get them."

The teammate who takes ownership, solves problems, and gives 100% every single day.

If you're looking for a place where you can simply clock in and clock out, this probably isn't the right fit.

If you're looking for a career where hard work is appreciated, high standards matter, and exceptional performance is recognized, keep reading.

Who We Are

Atlantic County Family Spine & Rehab is one of South Jersey's largest and most respected chiropractic practices. For more than 30 years, we've helped thousands of patients improve their health through exceptional care and an outstanding patient experience.

We believe every interaction matters. Our front desk team is more than receptionists—they are the heartbeat of our practice. They create the first impression, keep the office running smoothly, and help ensure every patient receives the highest level of service.

We're proud that many of our employees have been with us for 10–20+ years because we've built a culture based on teamwork, accountability, respect, and continuous growth.

This Is a Fast-Paced Position

This is not a desk job where you'll spend the day answering phones.

You'll work alongside two doctors treating patients simultaneously in a busy, high-energy office with 80+ patient visits each day.

Every day requires focus, urgency, organization, and teamwork.

If you enjoy staying busy and thrive when every day presents a new challenge, you'll love this role.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
  • Manage a busy appointment schedule and patient flow throughout the day
  • Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Collect copays and communicate financial responsibilities professionally
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to keep the office running smoothly
  • Maintain clean, organized treatment areas
  • Solve problems before they become problems
  • Support your teammates wherever help is needed

Who Thrives Here

Our best team members are:

  • Hungry—they work hard and take initiative.
  • Humble—they put the team first and are always willing to help.
  • People Smart—they communicate well, build relationships, and genuinely care about others.

They're also:

  • Dependable
  • Organized
  • Coachable
  • Positive under pressure
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Professional
  • Reliable

They don't wait to be told what to do.

They anticipate.

They take ownership.

They care about doing things the right way.

This Position Is NOT For You If...

  • You struggle with punctuality or attendance.
  • You prefer a slow-paced work environment.
  • You need constant direction to stay productive.
  • You avoid responsibility or difficult conversations.
  • You believe "that's not my job."
  • You become overwhelmed when priorities change.
  • You're looking for a job where you can do the minimum expected.

Success in This Position Looks Like

  • Patients feel welcomed and cared for.
  • The schedule runs efficiently.
  • Problems are solved before they affect patient care.
  • Your teammates know they can count on you.
  • You consistently contribute to making the entire office better every day.

Why People Stay Here

Our employees stay because they know they're valued.

We offer:

  • Competitive pay
  • Weekly performance bonuses
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off
  • Paid training
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • A supportive team environment
  • A career path into becoming a Licensed Chiropractic Assistant
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives every day

We Hire for Character

Skills can be taught.

Work ethic, integrity, accountability, and attitude cannot.

If you're someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys being part of a high-performing team, and wants to build a long-term career rather than simply find another job, we'd love to meet you.

Attention to Detail

To help us identify applicants who carefully follow instructions, please begin your application by typing "Ready to Contribute" at the top of your Indeed application.

We look forward to meeting individuals who are ready to work hard, support their teammates, and help us continue providing exceptional care to our patients.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off

Work Location: In person
