Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist Part Time

Spa located in the historic Bear Mountain Inn is looking for a front desk receptionist for every Thursday evening and Sunday.We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth. We are looking for someone that is responsible, friendly and a team player. Thursday evenings are also a available.

Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is great! Candidate with prior experience in sales is a plus. Perform daily operations of the spa under the supervision of the Spa Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly atmosphere
• Working with computer and salon software(will train)
• Making appointments, answering phone calls
• Exceptional customer service skills (personal and over the phone)
• Display a positive, energetic attitude
• Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
• Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks
• Ability to multitask
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Responds to complaints, taking any appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into returning guests.
• Position is for Thursday 4-8 and Sunday 8:30-6.

Requirements:

• Effective and proven leadership and training skills and a strong work ethic
• Minimum of 2+ years in a management position including team management, scheduling, inventory management and customer service
• Spa experience is preferred
• Must have strong sales background.
• Must be confident and positive with excellent communication skills
• Must be analytical and detail-oriented

Hours/Days:

• Thursday 4-8
• Sunday 8:30-6
