Seeking retired individual to work one or two shifts per week and occasional fill in shifts.
Front desk experience preferred. Building Link experience a plus.
Door staff must open doors and assist owners when needed.
Notify residents and get their approval to admit visitors or service vendors.
Prepare work orders and/or messages for the other staff members.
Provide information and limited concierge services for the residents
Log packages (Building Link).
Greet Owners and Guests.
Answer Calls
Provide exceptional services.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
