Role: Client Service Associate / Front Desk Executive
Location: Grant Road (Kemps Corner) & Bandra, Mumbai
Work Mode: On-site | 6 days/week (rotational weekends)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients in a premium fitness studio environment
• Guide clients through memberships, packages, and retail offerings
• Manage front desk operations — scheduling, inquiries, check-ins
• Maintain accurate records and daily reports
• Coordinate with trainers and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience
• Handle customer queries, payments, and feedback gracefully

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or retail preferred (Freshers welcome)
• Excellent spoken English and local language proficiency
• Warm, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
• Comfortable working weekends and rotational shifts
• Passion for health, wellness, and customer experience
