Role Overview:

The Front Desk Officer cum Billing Executive will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth clinic operations. The role also involves handling billing, payments, and administrative coordination in alignment with QHT Clinic’s service and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Handle billing, payment collection, and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure timely patient flow and service delivery.
  • Maintain daily MIS reports and update records in CRM/clinic management software.
  • Ensure the front desk area and reception are always well-maintained and organized.
  • Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Handle calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
  • Support administrative and operational functions as required by the Clinic Manager.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably with experience in healthcare/hospitality).
  • 1–3 years of experience in front desk, billing, or customer service roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English, and Hindi preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of billing systems, CRM, or clinic management software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and customer-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
