Front Desk Receptionist

Weymouth Chiropractic and Wellness Center is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our staff. This position is responsible for front desk administration and marketing duties. The responsibilities and requirements of the job are as follows:

Responsibilities:

· Answering the phones and returning messages to patients, insurance companies, lawyers and other health care professionals

· Patient interactions including but not limited to scheduling, collecting payment, and managing patient intake paperwork

· Marketing efforts including outreach into the community, social media posting and in-house marketing

· General clerical work and maintaining a clean work environment

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills (includes both verbal and written skills). Ability to communicate pleasantly and provide assistance via phone and in person.
  • Detailed proofreading abilities including grammar, spelling, formatting, content, clarity, accuracy, and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. General computer skills are needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and initiative to follow-through.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education.
  • Have the capability to perform community outreach outside of the office and on occasion outside of normal business hours

This is a part-time position. Room for growth within the company, 401k available at management level position.

***Hours***

Monday 12pm-5:30pm

Tuesday, Thursday 1pm-6:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am-1:30pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Benefits:

  • Parental leave

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • South Weymouth, MA 02190: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
