About Us

Mississauga Physio & Wellness Clinic is a growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic offering physiotherapy, chiropractic care, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, naturopathy, and other wellness services.

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and creative individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist & Marketing Assistant. This is a dual-role position for someone who enjoys working with people, managing front desk operations, and helping a business grow through social media and creative marketing.

We are looking for someone who can do more than answer phone calls. The right candidate will be comfortable interacting with patients, creating engaging social media content, taking photos and videos, and appearing in promotional videos for our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Services

• Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to messages, and handle patient inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.
• Coordinate appointment bookings with healthcare practitioners.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing and direct billing procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and organize front desk activities.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist patients with general questions about clinic services and appointment availability.

Marketing & Social Media

• Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Record short videos and take photos inside the clinic for promotional purposes.
• Comfortably appear in clinic promotional videos and participate in on-camera content creation.
• Develop creative ideas for reels, promotional videos, service introductions, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with basic video editing, graphic design, captions, and social media posts.
• Help promote clinic services, special offers, and new services.
• Support the clinic's online presence, audience engagement, and brand awareness.
• Assist with other marketing activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and appointment scheduling software.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, content creation, or graphic design.
• Creative thinking and a good eye for visual presentation.
• Must be comfortable appearing in videos and speaking on camera for clinic marketing.
• Ability to multitask and manage reception duties alongside marketing responsibilities.
• Reliable, professional, proactive, and willing to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, marketing, or social media management.
• Healthcare clinic or medical office reception experience is an asset.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is an asset.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, or promotional content is an asset.
