Job Title: Front Desk Staff/Weight room attendant
Location: Fitness 2000, Burnaby

Position Overview:
Fitness 2000 in Burnaby is looking for reliable, friendly, and team-oriented individual to join our front desk team/weight room attendant. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check in members as they arrive.
  • Provide gym tours and assist new members with gym orientation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the gym.
  • Ensure the gym environment remains neat, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with general front desk duties, including answering phone calls and responding to member inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive experience for all gym members.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Previous experience in customer service or fitness environment is required.
  • Current first aid and CPR
