End-to-End Digital Customer Relationship's mision is to deliver frictionless End-to-End digital relationship of the future for our customers and frontline employees, to enable growth and customer loyalty. E2E DCR is combining business and digital capabilities, a customer journey approach, data intelligence and strong governance with Business Units and Operations to drive a customer relationship transformation globally that makes it easdy for customers to do business with Schneider digitally.
As part of the End to End Digital Customer Relationships, Installed base tracking has become one of the key pillar to grow drastically Services revenues: both field services and digital services.

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled and experienced front-end development leas to join our Installed Base Team. The ideal candidate will drive the delivery of innovative and user-friendly web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms.

Schneider Installed base (IB) is the central data platform where all the product asset data that we track is collected, qualified, consolidated and exposed.

The IB Front-End Development Lead is a key team member of installed base digital capability. When working on the Schneider, its role is to:

Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and backend developers, to translate design mockups and wireframes into interactive web applications.
Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and code reviews to maintain high development standards and meet project milestones.
Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and industry best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional growth.
Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Participate in architecture review board meetings and make strategic recommendations for cloud architecture.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

4+ years’ experience working in IT Web development, with a strong portfolio of web projects and leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent (technical background required).
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
A desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Route 53, DynamoDB, Cloud Front, Lambda, SNS, SQS, API gateway, ELB, and EBS is necessary.
Proficiency in CI/CD, mandatory knowledge of version control systems like GIT, and experience in software design and development in a test-driven environment are expected.
Understanding of service business processes is a plus.
Ability to document requirements and specifications, adeptness in using software engineering tools, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies are important.
