Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front-End Manager to serve as the first point of contact for our business. This role is critical in creating a positive customer experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and internal communications
- Support the sales team by handling initial customer intake and basic inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, order processing, and document management
- Help streamline front-end processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support and front desk roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in basic computer systems (CRM, email, scheduling tools)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
