• The Front Line Technical Staff is responsible for performing day-to-day technical and operational tasks on-site. This includes operating equipment, assisting engineers, ensuring safety, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out basic technical tasks as per supervisor instructions
• Operate tools, machinery, or equipment safely
• Perform routine maintenance and support repairs
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE
• Coordinate with other team members to complete work
• Report technical issues or irregularities to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the work site
• Assist in material handling and inventory checks

Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / Technical certification (relevant trade)
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical or field-based role (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of machinery or equipment
• Physically fit and able to work in site conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and safety rules

Working Conditions:

• On-site / Field-based job
• May involve standing for long periods, lifting, or outdoor work
• Shift work may be required based on project needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Experience:

• FRONT LINE TECHANICAL STAFF: 3 years (Required)
• FRONT LINE : 3 years (Required)
