Supporting the company’s recurring waste removal contracts, The Front Load Truck Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient collection of commercial and residential waste and recycling, a cornerstone of the company’s success.

Location: Edmonton and surrounding area
Job Type: Fulltime, Hourly
Weekly Hours: Approximately 40+ per week

What you’ll do

• Pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Prepare, position, and service waste/recycling bins.
• Operate front load in tight commercial and residential spaces.
• Assess bin weight, contents, and condition to ensure safe lifting.
• Follow safe working procedures.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 Driver License with clean Driver’s Abstract (0 demerits)
• 5 years of commercial driving experience
• Experience in the waste and recycling management industry preferred.
• All employees must follow the rules of the road, and company polices regarding drugs & alcohol.
