Role and Responsibilities:
- Create an outstanding first impression and be a great representation of our Club
- Ensure potential and existing members receive the best possible experience and customer service
- Effectively handle class bookings, join ups, payments, queries
- Answering phone calls, emails and get member feedback
- Work towards a monthly sales target, delivering great customer service throughout
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong admin and computer skills
- Pleasant and polite manner
- Must be flexible with hours. Shifts will include Saturday's & Sunday's and also evenings until 11pm
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
