Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Part-Time Front of House/ Business Support Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role goes beyond traditional reception duties, supporting various office functions including travel and catering coordination, internal communications, HR-related activities, and corporate events. You’ll be an integral part of the workplace experience, helping ensure our operations run smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and route phone calls and emails
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception and communal areas
Travel & Catering Coordination
- Assist with booking travel and accommodation for staff and visitors
- Coordinate catering for meetings, events, and customer visits
Communication & Administration
- Support internal communications
- Office administration support
HR Support
- Assist with onboarding logistics and welcome packs
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Help coordinate internal training sessions
Events & Visitor Management
- Organise logistics for internal and external events
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor schedules
- Ensure a smooth experience for guests and clients
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confidence in using office software (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Discreet, professional, and adaptable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
